At Vayla, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible across Egypt.
Shipping Policy
- We use trusted local shipping providers for deliveries across Egypt.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been shipped.
- Address modifications are not allowed after placing the order.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address or contact details will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is between 3–10 business days.
- Delivery may take up to 14 business days in exceptional circumstances.
- Weekends and official holidays are not counted as business days.
- If the order is delayed for more than 14 business days, customers may request cancellation.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are delivered daily except Fridays and official public holidays.
Delivery Procedure
- A signature or delivery confirmation may be required upon receiving the order.
- Any person present at the delivery address may receive and sign for the order on behalf of the customer.
Shipping Guarantee
Products damaged during shipping and covered under the shipping guarantee will be replaced or refunded at our expense.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees may range between EGP 70–100 depending on the order and delivery location.
